About

I began my career in 2005 and have since worked across
different realms of design including branding, experiential, editorial, packaging and digital. Over the years, I have developed projects for some of the world’s largest brands including Fitbit, Heineken and Nike. With a focus on branding and design systems,
I believe in building visual narratives to help brands tell their unique stories. Previously Design Director at DesignStudio and currently working in-house at Calm.

After my BA in Communications, with complementary education in Fine Arts, and a postgraduate certificate in Branding, I went on to study under Milton Glaser at the School of Visual Arts in New York and Paula Scher in a Branding workshop in São Paulo. Over the years I have worked with award-winning Brazilian design studios such as Hardy Design, recently nominated for a Latin Grammy with a recording package, Tátil Design, where I was part of the creative team for the Rio 2016 brand, and Bola Design, a studio that allied sociological studies with graphic design. In 2011 I spent a few months at Wolff Olins in London, working directly with renowned designer Marina Willer. After three years I went back to England to work at Pentagram, also in Marina's team. In 2015 I was invited to become a partner at Hardy Design, celebrating a long-lasting partnership and sharing the creative direction with Mariana Hardy both at the studio and at Estufa – an in-house agency from Inhotim, a Brazilian museum of contemporary art. After running both studios for 2 years, I moved to San Francisco and joined DesignStudio as a Design Director. Currently working in-house at Calm.
